Whistleblowing Policy


Hinchingbrooke aims to provide a working environment where employees can raise issues of concern without fear of retribution. Employees are encouraged to act promptly, initially by raising with their line manager, if appropriate, or by contacting one of the following:

  • Director of Nursing, Midwifery and Operations
  • Chairman
  • Chief Executive

The NHS also operates a counter fraud line to report concerns regarding financial malpractice on 0800 028 40 60.
