Following a series of workshops with staff to help identify our priorities for the future, the Trust’s vision, values and priorities, drawn up with the help of staff are:

To develop a motivated, flexible and appropriately skilled workforce
To develop networks and partnerships to ensure services are developed and sustainable into the future.
To use our resources wisely and invest in services and infrastructure to support service delivery
To ensure Hinchingbrooke is a positively recognised brand, through the effective engagement and involvement of staff, patients and others.
To become an integral part of the community
To ensure appropriate governance arrangements
