Appointments - The Contact Centre

The Contact Centre can be reached by calling 01480 847444 and is for the booking of outpatient appointments only.

The Contact Centre's opening hours are 8.30am – 8.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 5.00pm on Fridays.

If all of our operators are busy dealing with patients, after two minutes of queuing you will have the opportunity to leave a message. One of the team will call you back as soon as possible. To protect patient confidentiality, when we ask to speak to the caller the operator, we will say that it is a confidential call regarding an appointment.

Choose and Book

If you have been referred to a specialist at Hinchingbrooke by your GP and you have an appointment reference number and password you can book, change or cancel your appointment online or by telephone.
