We can only give basic condition checks to the media if the person making the query has the patient's full name and date of birth.
Requests for condition checks should be made to the Communications office on 01480 423175 during normal office hours (09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday) or made to the duty manager (via switchboard on 01480 416416) out of normal office hours.
Patients must not be filmed, photographed or interviewed on the Trust's site without the knowledge of the Communications Team.
Permission to film, take photographs or interview anyone on the Trust site must also be sought from the Communications Team.
