Pharmacy - Training

The Pharmacy provides training for all staff grades:

• NVQ II, which is mandatory for all Pharmacy Assistants
• Dispensing qualifications
• Pharmacy Technician training NVQ III and BTec Pharmaceutical Services including day release to college
• Preregistration Pharmacist posts
• Registered Pharmacists' Post-graduate Diploma and MSc courses.

Pharmacy Training – Preregistration Pharmacists

The Pharmacy provides pre-registration pharmacist training as part of the Eastern region.  The training programme meets the full requirements of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain (RPSGB) and offers a chance to experience all aspects of modern clinical pharmacy practice.

The programme includes attendance at regional study days, protected learning time and a learning contract.
