Restaurants

There are two places within the main site at Hinchingbrooke where you can grab a bite to eat, have a drink or even a full meal if you wish.  We offer a great variety of nutritious, freshly prepared food at great value and we pride ourselves on using only high quality fresh ingredients.

All visitor and patient meals are cooked fresh on site by our experienced catering team.  You can see some examples of the food provided for our patients here: Catering - Sample Patient Menus

The Forester

Situated in the main hospital entrance, the Forester is a café providing cakes, pastries, snacks, filled jacket potatoes, salads, soup and a roll, fresh sandwiches, filled rolls and hot and cold beverages.

The Forester is open every week day from 7.45am to 8pm.

The Garden Restaurant

Situated in the main hospital on the first floor on Upper South Street (just follow the signs).

The Garden Restaurant is the main hospital restaurant and is open daily for staff, patients and visitors.

It offers the same range as the Forester café as well as a variety of freshly cooked main meals, a selection of fresh vegetables and a choice of two puddings.

It is open seven days per week, from 7.30am to 10pm

Hot meals are available at the following times:

Lunch 12 noon to 2pm

Supper 5.30pm to 8pm

From 4pm to 10pm we also provide meals cooked to order.
