Journals

We have over 100 current journal subscriptions (either print or electronic) - view our Library Journal Holdings

Request article copies

Registered Library users may request article copies from us.

We can supply you with:

• copies of articles from our own journal holdings
• copies of other articles - which we will source from our document supply networks

Article requests may be emailed directly to us at hch-tr.libraryteam@nhs.net

If possible, please include:

• Journal title, volume, issue and page numbers
• Article title and author

We aim to supply articles as quickly as possible and may be able to send pdf versions by email.  Articles from our own stock will normally be supplied within 5 working days and other articles within 10 working days - if something is required more urgently, please contact us.

Please note that article requests are normally limited to a maximum of 10 per user per week - if you have a requirement for more, please contact us to discuss.

e-Journals

My Journals provides a single A-Z listing of the national, East of England and local e-journals available to you - select the Journals link from NHS Evidence Journals and Databases - requires NHS Athens login.

These e-journals are also linked to the NHS Evidence healthcare databases (Medline, British Nursing Index, Cinahl etc) and will appear as full-text links in your literature search results.

The East of England Health Libraries have many joint e-journal subscriptions, all of which can be found via My Journals or via the East of England Health Libraries website - EEL e-journals
