Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
Hinchingbrooke Hospital’s PALS team offers advice and support for patients, their families and carers, and can help resolve any questions or concerns that you have relating to the services provided at the hospital.
The service can help with the following:
- Providing further information on NHS services;
- Listening to your concerns, suggestions or, queries;
- Helping to resolve problems quickly on your behalf;
- Offering guidance on how to access the NHS Complaints Procedure.
Where can I find PALS?
The PALS office is located in our Main Entrance behind the ‘Info Zone’ area.
The Info Zone is situated in the main foyer of the Hospital. It is a multi-media information resource area where patients and visitors can find information relating to health (such as medical conditions, diagnostic tests, treatments, self-help or support groups) or to local and national services (such as transport or benefits).
The room is equipped with computers, displaying links to high-quality sources of information, as well as a range of leaflets and reference materials. Users may browse the resources to find the information they need, or ask for help from information staff or volunteers. Internet access is also available for patients and visitors.
|Monday to Friday||9am to 4.30pm|
